How does yachtmaster.hr work?

Yachtmaster.hr is primarily intended for charter companies and it enables them to quickly find available skippers. The user (charter or base manager) logs in on the site and then uses the skipper search tool; the user enters the proper search parameters and is presented with a list of available skippers in the required time slot. The user browses through the profiles and then chooses a skipper that suits his/her needs. By clicking on “reserve skipper”, that particular skipper receives a text message (SMS). The message contains the contact number for the logged-in user (charter). After receiving the SMS, the skipper contacts the user to confirm the job.

This way, the user has chosen a skipper within minutes, without even making a single phone call. The user can see all of the skipper's contact information directly on the profile page so he/she can directly contact the skipper. The profiles are available for download so the user can, if he/she wants to, forward the profiles to their clients and let them choose the skipper.

In order to prevent possible mistakes, three days before the arranged job, the skipper receives an SMS from yachtmaster.hr requiring him to once again confirm the job. The confirmation is then forwarded to the charter.
