A Charter Meetup is a local and focused B2B event where charter companies and brokers meet in person. It helps everyone get to know each other, present their fleets, talk about availability, and prepare for the season.
In 2026, Charter Meetups will take place across three destinations, following the same focused B2B format. Each Meetup is built around a clear structure, combining 10-minute B2B speed meetings, destination-based sailing area presentations, and organized marina tours.
1. | Charter Meetup Greece – Lefkas, Greece
Charter Meetup Greece will take place from 22 April to 25 April in one of the most established sailing areas in the Ionian Sea. In addition to structured business meetings, the program will include organized tours of local marinas in Preveza, Lefkas Main Port, and D-Marin Lefkas, offering participants direct insight into the local charter bases and regional fleet operations.
2. | Charter Meetup Türkiye – Göcek, Türkiye
Charter Meetup Türkiye will take place from 3 May to 6 May along the Turkish coast, a region that continues to grow as a charter destination. During this Meetup, local charter companies will have the opportunity to present their bases, teams, and fleets in marinas across Göcek, Fethiye, and Marmaris.
3. | Charter Meetup Croatia – Šibenik, Croatia
Charter Meetup Croatia will take place from 19 May to 22 May in Šibenik, within one of the most developed charter markets in the Mediterranean. Marina tours are planned across selected locations in the Šibenik to Split area, giving participants direct access to local fleets and bases.
